We grant a 12-month warranty on the repair we carry out. For exchange units, the warranty covers the entire unit supplied. Excluded is damage caused by improper installation, moisture, fire, corrosion, external influences or subsequent repair attempts. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Shipping for repairs

After placing your order, send us the part well packed and with sufficient postage. Please enclose the complete order documents in the parcel so that we can clearly assign your order and process it quickly. After a successful repair we send the part back to you.

This item covers the repair of your Webasto parking heater or auxiliary heater (Thermo Top VEVO – diesel or petrol) at a fixed price of €540.
After your purchase you will receive the order documents from us. Please fill them in and send them together with your unit.

Our workshop tests and repairs your heater professionally so that it works reliably again – with a 12-month warranty.

Typical faults of the Webasto Thermo Top VEVO (diesel & petrol, also auxiliary heater)

  • Heater does not start or switches off after a short time
  • Heater locked out
  • Combustion air fan short circuit / blocked
  • Control unit defect or communication error
  • Water pump blocked or not working
  • Glow pin / glow plug worn
  • Metering pump defective or irregular delivery
  • Overheating / thermal switch defective
  • Soot or deposits in the combustion chamber
  • Sensor error (temperature, flame or air mass sensor)
  • Electrical contact problems (connector, wiring harness)
  • General failure as auxiliary heater while driving

All of these defects and other typical faults can be reliably fixed by our repair.

The part number is on the type plate of your heater. If you are unsure, send it to us before ordering – we will check free of charge whether we can repair your unit.

Shipping & costs

  • You send us your defective unit – you pay for shipping to us.

  • We pay for return shipping after the repair.

Not repairable? Then we only charge an inspection fee of €20–50, depending on the unit.
